Annual shutdowns

Steam House works with large plant operators in planning shutdown work and staffing up to meet the work requirements. As the shutdown develops, ad-hoc work is normally required and we fabricate items as needed on a short turn-around time. Our site teams are well versed in these operations.

This covers, design, ASME B31.3 flexibility analysis, pipe supports, spool fabrication, site erection, insulation, testing and complete data pack with weld maps and documentation. The scope ranges from hygienic piping to high pressure steam piping.

Fitness For Service

Steam House has ECSA registered engineers who are competent to carry out Fitness For Service analysis of equipment to API 579/ASME FFS-1.
